Headwaters is a boutique New Zealand distillery located in Golden Bay, at the top of the South Island.

This whiskey is made using just three ingredients, organically grown barley, freshwater sourced from our aquifer near the Kahurangi National Park, and a Pilsner yeast.

After triple distilling, it has been aged in a virgin French oak cask.

Our whiskey is not blended and is released on a per-barrel basis, and as such, each barrel is unique from one another.
