Barrel number 02, aka “The Leaky Barrel”, had a slight leak over the years, filling our distillery with its delightful aroma, so there is even less than the first batch available.

This is our second release of single malt, aged in virgin white oak casks. We have decided to bottle this barrel at about 33 months of age as we think it is ready, as such we do not advertise it as whiskey as it is under 3 years.

Tasting notes: smooth with strong hints of caramel, vanilla & oak.
